Also $10 (55 blocks), $25 (150), and $250 (2,000) — the more you buy, the less each block costs, from 20¢ down to about 9¢. Paid blocks never expire. The 25 free monthly blocks are the only ones that reset. All sales final; a dud answer is voided, never charged.

What happens when I run out of blocks?
Nothing breaks. Your app, your customers, your invoices, your photos — all keep working. Your RI just says "I'm out of blocks — top me up or keep going without me." We will never switch off the thing you own. And the ready-made answers stay free.
Do paid blocks expire?
No. Blocks you buy never expire — they're yours until you use them, and they work on every EmergentRI site. Only the 25 free blocks you get each month reset on the 1st.
Is there a per-user or per-driver fee?
No. Blocks are per thought, not per person. Bring your whole crew on one balance.
Why "blocks"?
A block is one unit of thinking. A quick answer is 1 block; a deeper, sourced dive is a few; a full build is more. You only ever spend a block on real thinking — reading the ready-made answers is always free.
Who handles my customers' payments?
You do. You link your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or card merchant inside your app. Money goes from your customer to your account. EmergentRI never sees, holds, or takes a cut of it.
Can I take my app and leave?
Yes. Your data exports any time. The app you built runs without us for everything that doesn't need to think. The only thing you'd lose is your RI — and that's the only thing you were paying for.
Refunds?
All sales are final, but blocks never expire so nothing is lost to a clock. If an answer comes back a dud, it's voided and not charged.
