How we work — no disruption to your residents
We never enter the apartments, so there’s no disruption to your residents. To inspect and clean each flue, we lower a rod and brush down every single flue, no exceptions — that confirms each flue is connected securely and stays connected during a thorough, vigorous cleaning. Many flues are already separated before we arrive, or come apart with age; we clean and reconnect them, usually at no charge unless new parts are needed.
